Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 200g sugar
• 150g flour
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 can condensed milk
• 250ml cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Cinnamon to dust

Method

1. 1Whip the eggs and sugar to a ribbon and fold in the flour.
2. 2Bake the sponge until golden and let it cool.
3. 3Poke all over and soak with the three-milk mixture.
4. 4Chill, then top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
