Memberships
Every membership begins with a 30-day free trial, during which you are not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be billed. If you are charged for a paid period and are unsatisfied, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund of that billing period.
Kitchen store items
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@avantisavoia.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
How to request a refund
- Email info@avantisavoia.com with your account email and, for store orders, your order number.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong so we can improve.
- We review every request within one business day and process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Return window and shipping
Store returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping and replace the item at no cost.
Exceptions
- Perishables and consumables such as pantry oils and food items cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Digital content already accessed through your membership is non-refundable beyond the membership guarantee described above.
- Gift cards and final-sale items are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
