Membership
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you start a trial you get full access to all 95 recipes right away. We do not charge your card during the trial. On day 31 your chosen plan begins, unless you cancel first.
How do I cancel my membership?
Sign in, open your account page, and cancel in a couple of clicks. If you cancel before day 30 you will never be billed. After that, cancelling stops any future renewals.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
Both unlock the entire recipe library. The annual plan costs $79.49 a year, which works out cheaper per month than the $6.49 monthly plan, and adds early store access and seasonal members-only menus.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between monthly and annual at any time from your account, and the change takes effect on your next billing date.
Recipes
Are all the recipes free?
About half are. 47 recipes are open to everyone, and the remaining 48 are unlocked with a membership.
How are the recipes tested?
Every recipe is cooked and re-cooked in our kitchen until the timing, quantities, and method are reliable. We only publish recipes we would happily serve at our own table.
Can I print a recipe or make a shopping list?
Yes. Members get a printer-friendly view of every recipe and a one-tap shopping list generator to take to the store.
Do you add new recipes?
We add new recipes to the library every month, with extra seasonal menus for annual members.
Store
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $6.99, and it is free on orders over $75. Orders ship from our Florida warehouse.
What is your return policy on store items?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund. See our refund policy for full details and exceptions.
Do I need a membership to shop the store?
No. The kitchen store is open to everyone. Members do get early access to new gear and seasonal bundles.
Billing
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection and we never store full card numbers on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards at checkout.
How do refunds work?
Memberships are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a paid charge ever leaves you unhappy, contact us and we will make it right.
