  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 200g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 150g sugar
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150ml cream for ganache

Method

  1. 1Melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  2. 2Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale, then fold in the chocolate and cocoa.
  3. 3Bake in a lined tin until just set with a slight wobble.
  4. 4Pour over a warm ganache and chill until sliceable.
