Sizzling Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

• 600g chicken, sliced
• 2 bell peppers, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
• Juice of 1 lime
• Flour tortillas
• Olive oil
• Sour cream

Method

1. 1Marinate the chicken in seasoning and lime juice.
2. 2Sear the chicken hard in a smoking-hot skillet.
3. 3Add the peppers and onion and char until tender.
4. 4Serve sizzling with warm tortillas and sour cream.
