  • 300g sushi rice
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 150g crab sticks
  • Soy sauce
  • Pickled ginger

Method

  1. 1Cook the rice and fold in seasoned vinegar, then cool.
  2. 2Spread rice on nori and lay the fillings across.
  3. 3Roll tightly using a bamboo mat.
  4. 4Slice with a wet knife and serve with soy and ginger.
