  • 4 bell peppers
  • 400g ground beef
  • 150g cooked rice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 100g cheddar, grated
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  2. 2Brown the beef with onion, tomatoes, and oregano, then fold in the rice.
