  • 2kg pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 250ml cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • Soft buns
  • Coleslaw
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. 1Rub the pork with sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper and roast low for hours.
  2. 2Shred the tender pork with two forks.
