Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 200g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 cups milk for gravy
  • Cracked black pepper

Method

  1. 1Dredge the steaks in seasoned flour, then egg wash, then flour again.
  2. 2Fry in hot oil until golden and crisp on both sides.
  3. 3Whisk flour into the pan drippings and add milk to build the gravy.
