Ingredients

  • 400g baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Olive oil
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Method
